WPB SSA #33 Mautene Court Plaza Redesign RFP
Special Service Area #33, the business improvement district for the Wicker Park and Bucktown neighborhoods, is seeking proposals from qualified firms in providing landscaping architecture and landscape design services for Mautene Court Plaza (1260 N Milwaukee Ave) as herein outlined.
Special Service Area #33 requests qualifications from architects, engineers, or combination thereof in preparing a landscaping plan that includes a visual of baseline and proposed conditions, preliminary project mapping with phasing, preliminary cost estimates and other services as necessary during each phase of the project.
Note: Listed budget cap in RFP includes both design AND construction.

WPB SSA #33 Wicker Park Fest Arts Area RFP
The Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce and Special Service Area #33 are accepting proposals for the Arts Area at the 2026 Wicker Park Fest, which is celebrating its 22nd year! This Arts Area is intended to enhance the Wicker Park Fest experience and contribute to the rich and vibrant neighborhood art scene. Artists are invited to propose highly compelling, professional quality visual artwork and/or interactive installations, or other engaging works of art that are free-standing or self-sustained and can be exhibited during fest hours.

WPB SSA #33 Landscape Bed Fencing Fabrication & Installation RFP
Special Service Area #33, the business improvement district for the Wicker Park and Bucktown neighborhoods, is seeking an experienced contractor to remove and replace the metal fencing that currently enclose the large landscape beds in the public way along W. Division St. between Western Ave. and Ashland Ave. and along W. North Ave between Western Ave. and the Kennedy Expressway.

WPB SSA #33 2026-2027 Snow Removal Services RFP
The Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce is seeking a full-service snow removal company to clear all sidewalks, crosswalks and plazas in the Wicker Park Bucktown SSA #33 district of snow
Services will be provided during the length of the contract from November 15, 2026, to April 15, 2027. The services are intended to be comprehensive and are described below. Vendors may submit a proposal for any one contract, or all three.

Community Grant Program
Organizations may apply for up to $5,000 to support public programs, events, initiatives, or services that demonstrate a measurable benefit to the community and foster community growth. Eligible initiatives include Special Events, Festivals, Ongoing Programming, Neighborhood Services, or local Marketing Campaigns. Typically, SSA funding is used to support Marketing/Promotion, Supplies/Materials, and stipends for artists/performers/educators.

Safety Rebates and Security Rebates provide incentives for owners/tenants to make improvements to their properties that enhance public safety, quality of life, and the visual aesthetic of Wicker Park Bucktown.
