Mark your calendars for one of the city’s best neighborhood street festivals featuring cutting edge and emerging indie music, dj’s and enough spontaneous street theatre just among the music lovers present to make this one memorable summer celebration. Featured on Wicker Park’s Milwaukee Avenue, the street comes to life with neighborhood eats, art exhibits, street vendors and roof top parties. A special area just for the Wicker Park Kids Fest provides younger music lovers with hands on fun and special entertainment. Vendor applications will be posted to this site in the coming weeks. Featuring the best in up and coming indie music, local eateries, arts, handcrafts - all celebrating the uniqueness of one of Chicago’s vibrant and eclectic city neighborhoods. Voted one of the best neighborhood festivals by the Chicago Tribune for its music scene, the Wicker Park Fest attracts over 25,000 music lovers.
