Owner/Master Distiller/Tequila Ambassador Extraordinaire, Guillermo Sauza will be speaking at the event! 1st Course – Hamachi crudo with chickpea purée, kumquat salad, chive oil Fortaleza Puesta Del Sol – fortaleza reposado, hibiscus liqueur, blood orange juice, rhubarb bitters 2nd Course – Smoked pork chop with polenta cake, spinach, pepper jus, tomato jam Fortaleza Anejo (served neat) – 100% estate grown blue agave tequilana weber, aged in wood oak barrels for 2-3 years 3rd Course – Toasted almond butter cake, fortaleza reposado and cinnamon sabayon, glacéed cherries, toasted coconut Blanca Ballerina – fortaleza blanco, house-made horchata, coconut cream
