Event Info A dinner with John Freyer of Founder’s Brewing of Grand Rapids, Michigan, one of ratebeer.com’s top 10 brewers in America (which of course means the world). Beers to include Dry Hopped Pale, Double Trouble, Cerise, Old Curmudgeon, Backwoods Bastard, Breakfast Stout, and Canadian Breakfast Stout. Here’s a menu, although we’re still yakking with Founders and may make a tweak or two to the menu. Again, if you’re a vegetarian or have other dietary concerns, just let us know. We’re pretty accomodating (on years when the Cubs win the pennant). Reservations recommended. A Founders tap takeover will follow the dinner, including Imperial Stout.
