Event Info The Silver Room Presents "Antipathies" A solo exhibition by Christina Long. Long's (MFA 2012) complex improvisational murals and found objects explore personal narratives of the ever-changing 'black experience ' among a back drop of story-telling and family life. Through line and organic forms, Antipathies discusses the influences of pop culture on the experiences of black youth as they continue to forge their own identities in a highly mediated world shifting issues of class and gender.
