Part-Time Office Manager at Neighborhood Creative Agency

We are a design-focused marketing and advertising agency located in Bucktown. We have an immediate need for a Part-Time Office Manager to join our team.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities will include these and other essential functions:

• Bookkeeping, processing accounts payable & receivable, expenses

• Provided exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, vendors and prospects

• Provide general office/reception support – ordering of supplies, answering phones, restocking supplies and handling of mail

• Assist in maintaining an efficient and professional operation of the office


 Job Requirements:

• Minimum (3) Years experience with office management and QuickBooks

• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word & Excel as well as an ability to learn new programs as necessary. 

• Must be skilled on a PC for QuickBooks and Mac for MS Office.

• Resourceful, self-starter able to work proactively and independently in a fastpaced environment

• Ability to fit into a small business and team-oriented environment is critical
