Vendor Application & Guidelines
Welcome, vendors! We are all looking forward to another great season at the Wicker Park Farmers Market. Please note that, while the market rules and application process is very similar to prior years, we continuously evaluate and improve them to ensure the best season possible. Read the market guidelines carefully! Recent changes will be highlighted in yellow.
Both your vendor application and application fee must be received by the Chamber before Monday, April 9th, 2018.
Billing for vendors occurs twice per season. For weekly vendors (non-rotating), payment for the first half of the market season (June 3 - August 12) is due no later than May 14, 2018. Payment for the second half of the season (August 19 - October 28) is due no later than August 18th. Market Community Table
The WPB Chamber will once again provide a space for community organizations and local businesses to interact with and distribute information to market-goers. Organizations at the table will rotate weekly.
To reserve a rotating spot at the Community Table, fill out the 2018 Community Table Application and return to the Market Manager by April 9th, 2018. Standard fees are $40/market for non-Chamber members and $30/market for Chamber members. This fee may be negotiated or waived by the market manager on the basis of need.
Music at the Market
The Wicker Park Farmers Market provides opportunities for local acoustic musicians to perform in a picturesque community setting. Every Sunday, one or two acoustic musicians will be invited to provide entertainment for our market-goers. If interested, please download and complete the 2018 Musician Application.
Please review the 2018 Market Guidelines before applying. Failure to follow market rules may result in fines and/or expulsion from the market.

The $100 WPFM Vendor Application Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee per season. It is payable by check or over the phone. Please make all checks payable to the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce.
